Refund Policy
  1. Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription-based services may be issued upon request if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service.
  2. Contractual Services: Refunds for contractual services will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the terms outlined in the contract agreement. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to Delima and will be subject to approval by our management team.
Refund Process
