These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the digital marketing services provided by Delima ("Delima," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services 
  1. The Agency offers a range of digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and website design.

  2. Our services are provided on a subscription basis or as agreed upon in a separate contract between the Agency and the client.

Client Responsibilities
  1. .Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the delivery of our services.
  2. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses for any content provided to the Agency for use in marketing campaigns.
Payment and Billing
  1. Clients agree to pay the fees for the Agency's services as outlined in the subscription plan or contract.
  2. Payments are due in accordance with the agreed upon billing schedule.
  3. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Intellectual Property
  1. The Agency retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with its services, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, and software.
  2. Clients retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content provided by them for use in marketing campaigns.
Confidentiality
  1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement.
  2. Confidential information includes but is not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data.
Limitation of Liability
  1. The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.
  2. The total liability of the Agency, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services rendered.
Termination
  1. Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
Modifications
  1. The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Governing Law
  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.
